The location was brilliant and enjoyable, so close to beach shops as well as fantasy island, and the free parking was an excellent bonus.

The food was nice and the bar was good. The hotel's location was prime and quiet, so close to Cafés, eateries, pubs, arcades, shops, beach, Ingoldmells, chapel St Leonard's and Skegness, and the club house which was 10 minutes walk. The staff were helpful during our whole stay.

The location was prime and peaceful and walking distance to a park and a hill. Visiting restaurants and bars walking distance to the hotel was easy. The rooms were large and fairly quiet with heaters in bedrooms.

Disappointing aspect was poor bathroom.

Brilliant and enjoyable location to the onsite clubhouse and easy access to a supermarket and shops.

Great value, room was quiet, staff were fantastic. The location was brilliant and enjoyable, close to everything, and the bed comfy. Also, the hotel was not very far from Go-Karts. Food was lovely, I really enjoyed it. My stay was really great here.

We were upgraded to luxury caravan with heaters in bedrooms on check in. The hotel was set in a central area right by a sandy beach, fantasy island and restaurants, the club house, and fantasy island, ingoldmells and Skegness town. Furthermore, near main attractions.

Helpful staff in the club, comfy bed. Prime and quiet spot just next door to fantasy island which was great and local amenities and shops.

It was a luxury place, had excellent and affable staff in the club. Liked our luxury caravan with heaters in bedrooms, bedrooms, as example.

i have stayed here before now, and it is still a brilliant experience. the location is prime and peaceful, loved to be walking distance to some leisure places, i've visited restaurants and bars.

The location is particularly good in a nice quiet area, short walk to fantasy island and sea front and onsite bar, Ingoldmells, chapel St Leonard's and Skegness, and the arcades. We will be back, thanks a lot for the very very good stay.

The staff was lovely and amazing in any situation. The room was clean and exceptionally nice with bedrooms and heaters, for instance, had a good night's sleep.

I enjoyed the hotel, its clean room and lovely stuff. The food choices were gorgeous. The location was brilliant and enjoyable, close to eveything you need, in the fairly nice area. Also, the place was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Jubilee Odyssey Roller Coaster.

Luxury hotel with very amiable and amicable employees at all times. Location not far from Ingoldmells, chapel St Leonard's and Skegness, skegness and other areas, and the market. Central heating, TV set, and a seating area in the room, nice and absolutely perfect location: D

A sofa bed, central heating and TV in the room and the comfy bed. Marvellous location, just a short walk away from Fantasy Island.
